Back to the Wherehouse — La Gozadera Social MKE
Milwaukee’s Latin dance community is coming home. La Gozadera Social MKE launches its inaugural summer series at The Cooperage—the Walker’s Point venue formerly home to the Wherehouse, Milwaukee’s beloved Latin dance nightclub—for a night of beginner dance instruction, live performance, and social dancing.
The evening features a beginner Latin dance class, live performances and a Bugalú workshop by Madison’s Combining Cultures led by David Davila, and open social dancing. The event is co-founded by Milwaukee dance veterans Pamela Nanét, Danny Balderas (founder of Salsabrosa MKE), and Jenniffer Sarda.
