Workshop for HOA Homeowners
This workshop will debunk many of the myths and misconceptions surrounding how homeowners associations (HOAs) are implemented by municipalities. In Minnesota, the business model supported by municipalities allows people without knowledge or qualifications to have the power to foreclose on a home for any amount and without any kind of rational justification. It will also discuss the roles of state agencies, the language of HOAs and where you can go for help in "reading the documents."
