This award-winning program is designed for older adults to manage falls and increase activity levels. Learn strategies to reduce the fear of falling, increase your activity levels, and improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. Class meets in person on Fridays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. for 8 weeks (October 4, 11, 18, and 25, and November 1, 8, 15, and 22).
