Adel Chefridi Jewelry Trunk Show at Max's May 2-3

A representative of the Adel Chefridi jewelry brand will visit Max’s at The Shops at Excelsior & Grand for a trunk showing of the designer’s exquisite collections Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. A native of Tunisia, Adel designs each piece with inspiration and references to the many cultures that weave the diverse tapestry of his homeland. He grew up surrounded by the art and aesthetic influences of the Phoenicians, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Andalusians, and Ottomans. One of his signature design elements is the engraving, which stems from his appreciation of the beauty and meaning of inscribing symbols and patterns on stone or in metal that’s found in all facets of Tunisian architecture, textiles, and other visual arenas.
