All girls in need get one for free, but any young lady can attend and give a small donation for a prom gown (under $20). Over 3500 dresses to choose from as well as purses, shoes, and jewelry sets to complete the look. Appointments open FEb 15th at 5pm. This year's even is in Franklin on Feb 27-28th.
