Sunset Tree Swallow Cruise with Train

Enjoy a scenic train ride before boarding the Becky Thatcher riverboat to witness the spectacular phenomenon of hundreds of thousands of tree and barn swallows converging on the lower Connecticut River. This breathtaking, beautifully choreographed “dance” of the swallows only occurs once a year for a limited time, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Guests are welcome to bring their own food (no food will be available for purchase on the boat). A cash bar is available onboard for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (Due to our liquor permit, no BYOB allowed.)
