The PHDC Annual Housing Fair, sponsored by Independence Blue Cross, is ALL THINGS HOUSING! The fair has resources for current homeowners, first-time homebuyers, renters, and landlords who are interested in learning more about homeownership, home maintenance, eviction diversion, development opportunities, and other resources. You can meet mortgage lenders, City-funded housing counselors, realtors, insurance agents, contractors, homebuilders, representatives from various City of Philadelphia departments, legal services organizations, and other professionals in the housing industry.
