Memory Café at The Birches
Celebrating moments is what The Birches’ Memory Café is all about. It’s a place of joy, community and connection. A safe and welcoming social gathering, where individuals living with dementia and their families can come together for a fun activity and to talk with others experiencing similar adversities.
This month’s Memory Café will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 2:00-3:00 p.m., at The Birches, 70 Durham Road in Newtown. Our free activity focuses on the power of aromatherapy. Discover how different scents and gentle hand massages contribute to well-being in individuals with dementia.
Limited seating is available; RSVPs required by Aug. 18.
