COURSE Turns a Seasonal Cocktail Menu into a One-Night Finale
On Sunday, March 29, COURSE will host its latest installment of BATCH BURNING, a one-night-only event highlighting Mixologist Justin Chard’s seasonal cocktail collection before the spring program debuts. The bar takes center stage as Chard serves the final rounds of his cult-classic-inspired Princess Bride lineup, layering smoke, baking spice, citrus, and richness into cocktails that are as chef-driven as they are playful. COURSE opens its doors at 7 p.m. for this spirited, laid-back insider’s and industry night to sip and celebrate.
No reservations needed. First come, first served, while supplies last. The event is free to attend; featured cocktails are $12 and include “Have Fun Storming the Castle,” “I Do Not Think It Means What You Think It Means” and “The Brute Squad,” each thoughtfully crafted to reflect the bold flavor profiles and cinematic spirit woven throughout the eight-cocktail Princess Bride menu.
