Yoga for Children Ages 3-6: Join us for this fun class where children and their grown-ups can learn about mindfulness, yoga poses, and the breath in child-friendly ways. These practices can increase balance, body awareness, coordination, attention span, emotional regulation and are also an opportunity to nourish healthy relationships with our bodies and our minds.
