Super Sharp Summer Series: Cangshan


Join us In The Kitchen on June 27 from 11am - 2pm for a high-energy, skill-building event with our friends from Cangshan! We’re diving into the art of knife skills with a breakdown of some of the essential cuts you need to know in the kitchen then putting those skills to the test. Led by Cangshan expert Ed, the day heats up with a friendly Knife Skills Competition. Each participant will be timed in their efforts to julienne a carrot and dice a piece of celery into uniform pieces. Your results will then be ranked on a scale of 1-10 and listed on our leaderboard. One standout participant will take home a prize (we’re cooking up something good), along with ultimate bragging rights. Whether you’re here to compete or just sharpen your technique, you’ll get up close with some of our favorite Cangshan collections, in addition to some new pieces to the store that will only be while supplies last. Come ready to chop, learn, and compete, this is knife skills, but way more fun.
