This all levels class welcomes all movers to explore their range of motion and expand body awareness through movements inspired by the natural elements. For spring we’ll be focused on the contrast of grounding earthy movements and the lightness of wind and air.
This dance vocabulary stems from many different roots including Bellydance, Yoga, Ballet & Hip-Hop and invites you to imagine new pathways of creative movement.
