Hosted by Pizzaiolo Primo Chefs Chandler and Tony, this intimate, hands-on culinary experience invites guests to roll up their sleeves and step into the heart of Italy, without leaving South Fayette. Participants will learn how to make hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza, silky fresh pasta, and house-made mozzarella cheese completely from scratch.
To provide a truly interactive experience, guests will be divided into three groups of six and will rotate through pizza, pasta, and cheese-making stations, receiving direct instruction from the chefs. The instructional portion of the class will last approximately one hour.
After the class, guests will be seated to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, paired with a complimentary beverage, including one glass of wine. Each participant will also receive a special take-home package featuring a ball of pizza dough, fresh mozzarella, marinara sauce, and preparation instructions to recreate the experience at home.
