Art Moves with Bodiography
Maria Caruso, Founder & Artistic Director of Bodiography Contemporary Ballet, leads this guided movement experience on The Frick Art Museum terrace, exploring gesture, balance, rhythm, and creative expression. Inspired by the human figure, the program begins with a brief exhibition gallery encounter highlighting artworks in French Moderns: Matisse / Renoir / Degas that capture the body in motion, before participants translate those visual ideas into physical motion outdoors. No experience needed, all levels welcome!
