Part of a national initiative dedicated to helping children build lifelong oral health habits, students from the Dental Assisting program will lead interactive oral health education activities. Dr. Cindy Wilson of Dynamic Pediatric Dentistry for Children in Stuart, Florida, will be onsite to conduct screenings. Attendees can participate in hands-on demonstrations using teeth models to practice proper brushing and flossing techniques and explore stations featuring games, coloring, videos, educational materials, visual oral screenings, and fluoride varnish applications. The event is designed to help children become comfortable in a relaxed, happy dental setting. Participants will also receive oral care products and samples to take home to support healthy habits.
