Salsa-Making Workshop at Kindness Farm
Enjoy a fresh, summer evening with delicious food! Join a salsa making workshop at Kindness Farm, hosted by Josué Flores. Together, we will be expanding our understanding of what a salsa is, and how to use the variety that is out there.
✨ There will be food provided, and ingredients to make our own salsa’s.
Come with your curiosity! An appetite! Your own salsa (if you wish to)! We have much to explore and enjoy together at the farm.

🍄 Please get your tickets here before the event! This really helps us with logistics and preparing for the event.
🚙 PARKING
Please park on the farm side of the street anywhere up or down the street. Do NOT park on the grass across the street from the farm (you will see "No Parking" signs). This is important for safety vehicles to pass through. We reserve 2 driveway parking spots (in the gravel, on the right) for folks with accessibility needs.
🌼 ACCESSIBILTY INFORMATION
Venue is not certified ADA accessible. The farm's bathroom is not technically ADA accessible, but has been used by folks with wheelchairs. The majority of the farm itself is accessible, though not all parts are (we have some narrow pathways). Note that we use woodchips for the majority of our pathways.

If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you rest at home and join us another time. Masks are not required for this gathering, but you are encouraged to mask or distance in whatever way feels right for you.
🌷 ABOUT JOSUÉ
Josué Flores is a queer, latinx, poet, and educator with a particular interest in healing oneself and others through the medium of soil and land based work. Having spent time with land in various contexts, their work shares ideologies between different worlds of thought. Bringing a wide scope of view into their work, they hope to cultivate understanding and care in their personal relations, which translates to outwardly care, bridging us back to humility, and where all of humanity stems from... THE SOIL! Josué is also an educator and landtender at Kindness Farm.
