Art Connection Rhode Island Announces 15th Anniversary Fundraiser, “A State Connected By Art”
Pawtucket, RI – Art Connection Rhode Island (ACRI) will celebrate its 15th Anniversary with a special fundraising event, “A State Connected By Art,” on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 5:30–8:00 PM at the ACRI Art Gallery, 80 Fountain Street, Suite 94, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
The milestone celebration marks fifteen years of connecting Rhode Island artists with nonprofit organizations to transform community spaces through original, donated artwork. Since its founding in 2011, ACRI has placed more than 2,280 works of art in over 100 nonprofit organizations statewide, including health clinics, behavioral healthcare facilities, family shelters, youth centers, and community agencies.
“Fifteen years ago, we began with a simple idea, connecting artists with nonprofits to strengthen our communities,” said Wendy Ingram, Founder and Board Chair of ACRI. “Today, we celebrate a statewide network of generosity and collaboration. ‘A State Connected By Art’ reflects the heart of our mission and the partnerships that make this work possible.”
The April 30 event will bring together artists, nonprofit leaders, sponsors, and community supporters for an evening celebrating creativity and impact across Rhode Island. Proceeds will sustain ACRI’s Art Placement Program and outreach initiatives, ensuring continued access to original artwork for organizations serving communities throughout the state.
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. Advance tickets are available at artconnectionri.org.
