Annual Christmas Fair in Jamestown
On Saturday, Dec. 6, shoppers at Central Baptist Church’s Christmas Fair, 9 am to 1 pm, will find the ever-popular gift baskets, fresh evergreen wreaths, baked goods, Re-gift Table bargains and a wide selection of handmade gifts for sale by more than a dozen RI artists and crafters. Artisan gift items include ornaments, candles, quilts, handmade hats and scarves, baby blankets and accessories, re-fashioned vintage jewelry, original prints and paintings, and books personally inscribed by two local authors. A lunch menu will feature soup, chili and hot dogs. Leaving Central Baptist Church, dubbed the Church at 4 Corners (99 Narragansett Ave), shoppers can stroll down Narragansett Avenue to enjoy the town-wide celebration!
