RIHA to Host ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification Classes
Open to the public, this nationally recognized program is ideal for restaurant staff, kitchen managers, hotel workers, and anyone in the foodservice industry seeking to earn or renew their certification.
This ServSafe course includes:
● ServSafe Course Book
● Full-day (8-hour) Instructor-led Course
● Proctored Certification Exam
A recertification-only option is also available for those whose existing ServSafe® certification is expiring. Participants may opt to attend only the afternoon exam session if they do not need to retake the full course. The course is recognized by the RI Department of Health and fulfills state requirements for food safety certification.
