Seven Nations, One Table is a premier tasting journey and scholarship fundraiser celebrating Rhode Island’s vibrant culinary landscape. Inspired by the seven nations visiting the region for this summer’s international games: England, France, Norway, Scotland, Morocco, Ghana, and Haiti, the event features a globally inspired lineup of amuse-bouche, or small hors d’oeuvres, crafted by pairs of local celebrity chefs and Johnson & Wales University culinary students.
Celebrity chefs include Kevin O’Donnell, Giusto and Mother Pizzeria; Kerri Spady, Ellies; Ryan Connors, G Hospitality; TJ Delle Donne, Johnson & Wales University; Marissa Lo, Boat House Waterfront Dining; Champe Speidel, Persimmon; and Mohammed Benjdid, Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor.
The evening honors the legacy of David DePetrillo, a founding member and long-time Chairman of the RI Hospitality Education Foundation. All proceeds from the event directly benefit the David DePetrillo Memorial Scholarship Fund, providing support to the next generation of hospitality leaders in Rhode Island.
