Track 15, located at 1 Union Station in Providence, is pleased to
announce the next lineup of its “Station Tastings” series in partnership with Stock Culinary Goods and PopUp Rhody.
On Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration featuring one of Track 15’s chefs and hosted by Stock Culinary Goods owner Jan Dane. The experience includes complimentary tastings, a moderated Q&A with the chefs, and the opportunity to purchase
favorite cooking tools from the Stock Culinary Goods pop-up market. Attendees will also receive a coupon for 10% off their purchase from that event’s vendor demonstration. The events are free and open to the public. For additional information, visit www.track15ri.com/events.
The upcoming Station Tastings schedule includes Track 15’s newest chef, Ian Cappelano of Grumpy Pies on April 1, preparing Italian salsa verde with roasted spring vegetables, as well as offering samples of his Roman-style party pizza, “pizza alla pala”; Giusto on April 8, featuring eggplant parmigiana; and Little
Chaska on April 15, cooking chicken biryani.
“Station Tastings has become a great way to introduce people to the chefs and concepts that make Track 15 special,” said Chris Marsella, Owner, Track 15. “Each event brings something different to the table, and this next lineup gives guests another reason to stop by, try something new and spend time
downtown.”
