East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) invites you to experience the magic of the shoreline in a relaxed “beachy” style, under the glow of soft lights and coastal décor – a night of festivity, connection, and giving. The evening begins with a lively cocktail hour, where guests can mingle while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. EBCAP is vibrant, non-profit community health and human services agency that assists over 31,000 Rhode Island residents, living near or below the poverty level, access vital medical and dental care, behavioral and mental health services, family/social support services, and recovery services.
