Bi-Monthly Nursery Volunteer Day w/ SCWA
This is a collaborative project between Putah Creek Council and the Solano County Water Agency.
Tasks may include seeding, transplanting, or other propagation work. Plants grown in the nursery are native to and sourced from the Putah Creek watershed, and are used for habitat restoration throughout the watershed and Solano County.
All necessary equipment, water, and snacks will be provided. No previous experience is necessary! Registration is mandatory as there is a limited number of participants allowed at these events.
Per Solano County Water Agency policy, volunteer events taking place at Sackett Ranch are limited to 12 people, all of whom must be over the age of 16. Those aged 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
All attendees must sign a waiver before participating in this event. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. You can either sign a physical copy upon arrival, or sign our e-waiver here. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email that you have to click on for the e-waiver to be officially submitted.
