Join us at the Pence Gallery for our 2nd Friday ArtAbout reception on April 10, 6-9 PM. Enjoy browsing multiple art exhibits, a complimentary wine tasting by Fjord Oak Winery, an art-themed scavenger hunt, and live folk music by Plain Folk in the courtyard (6-8 PM). Free admission!
The Abstract Language of Ceramics | Apr. 10 - Jun. 3
This exhibit features the work of ceramic artists Karyn Gabriel, Mark Goudy, Kris Marubayashi, Liza Riddle, and Laura Van Duren. Together, these artists create striking geometric and biomorphic forms that underline their pursuit of simple forms inspired by nature.

Our 2nd annual non-juried exhibit celebrates the creativity and talent of our organization’s supporters, showcasing work in different media by 40 Pence Members.
Barbara Prodaniuk: Myths in Mud | Mar. 13 - Apr. 26
The ceramic artist’s work is inspired by the forest, meadows, and waterways surrounding the Truckee area. She explores the stories carried by the creatures and artifacts found in these environments through layered surfaces, organic textures, and sculpted imagery.
