Sokin Escape from AlcatrazTM Triathlon

The newly named Sokin Escape from AlcatrazTM Triathlon returns to San Francisco on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, bringing together elite professional and amateur athletes from around the world for one of endurance sports’ most iconic race weekends. Now in its 46th year, the legendary event challenges competitors with its world-famous course featuring a 1.5-mile swim from Alcatraz Island, an 18-mile bike ride through San Francisco’s steep hills and the Presidio, and an 8-mile run that includes the infamous Sand Ladder before finishing at Marina Green. Race weekend will also feature the return of the Professional Triathletes Organisation’s (PTO) Sokin San Francisco T100, part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, showcasing many of the world’s top professional triathletes.
