Carrie Arlah is the co-founder of Breath+Oneness. She began her professional music career at the age of 11 with the San Francisco Girls Chorus, singing professionally and traveling the world for years, eventually releasing her own self-produced album under her middle name Arlah. She has played the flute, oboe, various saxes, piano, trumpet, harmonium, shruti box, drums, and other instruments over the years, adding crystal bowls to her most recent musical lexicon and traversing happily and deeply into the world of Sound Healing. She is passionate about music, sound, and the ability of both to positively transform people on every level and is blessed to help people find their own direct relationship to the magical world of healing resonance and vibrating it out themselves into the world for uplift.
