SeaFlower Model Grand Opening Event
Join us to celebrate the grand opening of three new model homes, built by Issa Homes and M/I Homes.
Enjoy refreshments, flowers, and fun! Issa will unveil its Showcase Estate Home, the Hemingway. M/I will debut two Showcase Homes: The Topaz, a Village Home, and the Bay Harbor, a Row Home.
There will now be 12 furnished Showcase Homes available to tour at SeaFlower, including the three newest homes and nine existing Showcase Homes that opened in fall 2025. In addition to Issa Homes and M/I Homes, SeaFlower builders include Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes and Pulte Homes.
Residences range from 1,400 sq. ft. bungalows to expansive 3,500 sq. ft. multi-generational homes. Homes from the $400s to over $1.5 million.
