Generations of Jazz
Generations of Jazz is a concert to benefit the Jazz Club Scholarship Program. Join us at Holley Hall for the evening featuring two bands, the Jason Charos Quartet, along with the Downtown Quartet. Charos (a former JCS scholarship recipient) is now touring with and arranging for Grammy winning jazz vocalist, Samara Joy! Joining Charos are members of Samara Joy's touring band, Connor Rohrer piano, Paul Sikivie bass, Evan Sherman drums. The Downtown Quartet features four of the best in the Bay area; Michael Ross-bass, David Pate-sax, LaRue Nickelson-guitar and John Jenkins-drums.
