Kitt Moran “Remembers Rosemary Clooney”. Kitt Moran Quartet presents a special tribute to Rosemary Clooney. Before moving to Florida, Kitt performed in the top jazz clubs in NJ and NYC including Michael's Pub, the Village Vanguard, The Blue Note, Gregory’s, Gulliver's, Trumpets and Shanghai Jazz; also Bally’s, Las Vegas and many Atlantic City casinos. While performing at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, Kitt met Rosemary Clooney and a friendship developed between the two vocalists. This led to Kitt and Rosemary recording a duet on one of Kitt’s CDs and to Kitt being a guest at Rosemary’s home. Enjoy the music of Rosemary Clooney and fond and heartfelt reminisces from Kitt about her dear friend. Admission at the door $15-$20 at the UU of SRQ on Fruitville Rd.
