5-Course Gil Family Estates Winemaker Dinner at La Loba
Join the 1 Hotel Seattle team at La Loba for a special evening celebrating 110 years of Gil Family Estates with a five-course tasting menu and curated wine pairings. Guests will enjoy wines from across the Gil family portfolio—including selections from Bodegas El Nido, Shaya, and Juan Gil—presented by visiting winemakers and members of the Gil family.
Each course will be introduced by Chef Oscar and his culinary team, highlighting seasonal flavors designed to complement the wines.
The evening begins with a welcome toast and continues through five paired courses in our Emerald Private Dining Room. Seating is communal to encourage conversation and connection among fellow wine lovers.
