Appetizer: Dungeness Crab Martini - avocado, tostone
Salad: Citrus Tarragon Salad - pink grapefruit, avocado, toasted pine nuts, spring mix, arugula, honey tarragon vinaigrette
Choice of Entree:
- Beef Tenderloin Diablo - gratin potatoes, butter braised carrots, pearl onions
- Salmon and Halibut Mosaic - lemon sorrel beurre blanc, grilled asparagus, parsnip risotto
- Root Vegetable Terrine - sweet potato, carrot, butternut squash, cranberry, feta, walnuts
