Meet the Artists of Living Colors: Quilts Across the Spectrum
The Lynnwood Event Center at The District warmly invites you to our fall “Meet the Artists” Reception, an evening celebrating our latest art exhibit, Living Colors: Quilts Across the Spectrum. Taking place on Tuesday, September 15th from 6-8pm at the Lynnwood Event Center, this free community event is a wonderful opportunity to experience the creativity and craftsmanship of the Contemporary QuiltArt Association (CQA).
Guests can meet and mingle with exhibiting artists and fellow art enthusiasts while enjoying live music, complimentary small bites, and refreshments from the bar. Throughout the evening, select artists will also speak about their work, inspiration, and creative process.
Living Colors: Quilts Across the Spectrum showcases an extraordinary collection of contemporary quilts that push the boundaries of traditional fiber art. Through bold color, texture, pattern, and innovative techniques, members of the Contemporary QuiltArt Association continue to expand the definition of the art quilt in exciting and unexpected ways. We hope you’ll join us for an evening of art, conversation, and inspiration!
