With our experts as your guide, you’ll learn to oven-roast king salmon so it’s perfectly flaky, and practice carefully reducing a cream sauce. For a side, you’ll try your hand at a multi-step process for turning out smashed potatoes with crispy golden edges. And for dessert, you’ll learn to gently heat ingredients for a panna cotta without scalding. You’ll leave class ready to recreate this Northwest-inspired menu at home.
