PCC Cooking Class - Date Night: Turkish Mezze
Working with a partner, you’ll learn to craft classic Turkish dishes ideal for entertaining and weeknight meals. Gain experience charring veggies to unlock complex flavors, get tips for mixing marinades and practice dredging, coating and frying halloumi in oil. You’ll also pick up tips for turning out homemade flatbread in under an hour, so you can turn small bites into a full spread.
Contains beef and dairy.
