New Skater Roller Derby Camp

Open to girls and gender expansive youth ages 7-17. Roller derby is an exciting sport that offers a lot of benefits for young people, including physical activity, teamwork, self-confidence building, learning new skills, and meeting new friends. The Seattle Derby Brats New Skater Camp is a fantastic opportunity for young people to try out roller derby in a safe and supportive environment. Through this camp, participants can learn basic skating skills, play roller derby, and be part of a team while having fun and making new friends. The coaches are experienced and friendly, and they will guide participants through the fundamentals of the sport. So, if your child is interested in trying out roller derby this summer, consider signing them up for the Seattle Derby Brats new skater camp – it could be the start of an exciting new adventure! WHEN: August 10-14, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday, August 15 (League Assessments), 10am-1pm Saturday, August 22 (League Assessments Make-Up Day), 10am-1pm WHERE: The Warehouse: 13024 Stone Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133 COST: $425 per skater Includes two snacks per day, skaters must bring their own lunch and reusable water bottle. Financial aid is available, see below as you complete the form. Cancellation Policy: We will provide a full refund (minus 5% processing fee) if registration is cancelled by July 31st, 2026.
