South Florida Film Forum

Film lovers, creators and industry hopefuls — this is your backstage pass. The South Florida Film Forum returns March 28–29, 2026, transforming MAD Arts in Dania Beach into a dynamic hub where Hollywood decision-makers meet South Florida’s rising creative talent. Produced by the White Elephant Group (WEG) in partnership with Broward County, Film Lauderdale and MAD Arts, the two-day event delivers masterclass-level panels, immersive hands-on workshops and powerful networking opportunities designed to elevate the region’s booming film industry. The 2026 lineup features executives and creatives from Amazon MGM Studios, FOX, Disney, Warner Bros., Blumhouse and more, alongside award-winning producers, directors, actors and costume designers. Attendees can dive into conversations on film financing, global incentives, sustainable filmmaking, television’s evolving landscape and the art of performance. Ready to get hands-on? This year’s interactive workshops include a practical Horror VFX experience revealing how filmmakers create jaw-dropping on-set effects, plus a costume design session focused on distressing wardrobe for authentic, camera-ready storytelling — giving participants real tools used on professional productions. Passes for the South Florida Film Forum go on sale March 1. A single ticket grants access to all panels, workshops, and networking mixers, and an open bar, with no hidden fees. If purchased in advance, single day passes can be purchased for $45, or a two-day pass for $70. Tickets purchased at the door can be purchased for a single day for $60 and a weekend pass for $80.
