2026 Gerard L. Pellegrini Scholarship

Gerard L. Pellegrini was a respected trial lawyer who spent 50 years advocating for working people across Massachusetts. In 1957, he founded the firm now known as Pellegrini, Seeley, Ryan & Blakesley, P.C., and his legacy of representing injured individuals continues today. To honor his commitment and commemorate the firm’s anniversary, the attorneys and staff established the Gerard L. Pellegrini Scholarship. The program awards grants to members of locals affiliated with the Pioneer Valley Central Labor Council, as well as their spouses and legal dependents. Applicants are evaluated based on an essay addressing how the labor movement has benefited American society, along with extracurricular involvement, work experience, and academic performance.
