Splash of Paint at the Windsor Branch Library
In this Splash of Paint class, children ages 8 to 12 can paint a charming ceramic patterned hearts for Valentine's Day with creativity and color.
Each child will start with a pre-fired ceramic heart where they will use their creativity to create a heart using their own unique design.
