Online registration for the Chesterfield Police Department’s 2026 Safety Town program begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11 online at chesterfield.mo.us/394/Safety-Town. Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously attended Safety Town. Safety Town is a nationally recognized preschool safety program that teaches 4, 5 and 6-year-olds about a wide variety of safety issues, including 911/police, fire safety, animal safety, bicycle safety, water safety, school bus safety, playground safety, internet safety and stranger danger. The program includes classroom and hands-on activities in the miniature Safety Town city. The program is hosted and staffed by the Chesterfield Police Department and consists of seven two-week sessions from June 1-July 31.
