Learn self-defense, forms, Olympic sparring, point sparring. Classes are geared to the 7-9 year old student with warmups designed to meet the needs of all ages and physical requirements. Instructors show students how to modify exercises so they can be done by everyone. We offer tournament competition where students can try out their skills and earn medals. Sessions are 12 weeks in length. Cost of uniform ranges from $25-$35. AAU membership ($27) is also required and purchased the first night of class.
