This class will focus on: Mind-body connection with our center of stability and strength - The core and more! Lengthen and strengthen muscles. Breathing techniques that support a strong core. Balancing and steadiness. Stretching and relaxation. You will leave feeling stronger, energized, and more at ease with your body! The cost is $75 for 4 weeks.
