Grab a partner and build a boat out of only cardboard and duct tape. Two Captains per boat are required. Lifejackets are required and will be provided. Paddles are also provided. Decorate the boat with a theme to be considered for the People's Choice award. $15 for residents. $20 for non-residents. For ages 2-12. For details, visit ballwin.mo.us.
