Food Lovers Brunch with Chef Jay at the Mendham Township Library
On Thursday, February 12th at 7pm, join local chef Jay Glassberg as he presents A Food Lovers Brunch at the Mendham Township Library.
Back by popular demand! Join local chef, Jay Glassberg, as he demonstrates the techniques and skills needed to create a variety of delicious dishes. Recipes will be discussed and all questions will be answered. In addition, participants will get the opportunity to sample Chef Jay’s tasty creations.
Chef Jay will be making a Food Lovers Brunch featuring a Vegetable Frittata with Tomato Jam, French Toast Soufflé with Vermont Syrup and Poached Salmon with Dill Dressing over Arugula and Grilled Asparagus.
About Chef Jay:
Chef Jay has trained with German and French Chefs after graduating culinary school. He soon found himself a private chef for such people as Jack Welch and companies as Goldman Sachs. He currently is a member of The American Culinary Federation and works closely with local farms.
