Lenten Exhibit: The Way of the Cross

The annual Easter season showing of “The Way of the Cross” is on display through May 28, 2026. The exhibit features 15 original oil paintings that depict the suffering and crucifixion of Christ. Instead of the traditional 14 stations, DeGrazia’s series includes the resurrection as the Fifteenth Station. “I never thought the cycle would be completed unless we had the Fifteenth Station where Jesus arises in glory,” the artist explains in a 13-minute audio recording that accompanies the exhibition. During your visit, wander through the ethereal adobe architecture and verdant desert garden of this historic foothill’s property. Hand built by DeGrazia, the 10-acre site stands as a testament to his legacy of artistic brilliance and his genuine connection to the region’s history, culture, and scenery.
