Bargello is a technique that uses small, irregular pieces of glass to create intricate patterns. The glass pieces are cut and shaped by hand, then arranged and fused together to form a cohesive design. This technique allows for a wide range of colors and textures, resulting in stunning and unique works of art. Students must participate in both classes.
Class 1 – April 10th 1-4pm – Creating your patterned plate using stringers and glass
Class 2 – April 24th 10-1pm – Cutting your fired work from class 1 to assemble a set of 4 coasters or 2 plates
