Through heart-coherent meditation, self-massage, scent, breath and intuitive movement, we open the body as a living instrument of perception. No performance, no pressure, only honest sensation and the permission to feel fully alive in your own skin. Expect a cocoon of cacao, sensual storytelling, somatic exploration and soft community presence. **All Cacao Ceremonies will essentially be the same with a different theme/story reflecting seasonal rhythms and myth. We will move in intention-setting as we drink cacao, move through embodiment practices of yoga, qigong and somatic movement/dance, and finish with either guided meditation or shamanic drumming journey.
