Food as Medicine: Microgreens
On July 12, Haven Women's Circle is partnering with a local microgreens producer to understand the basics of cultivating your own food at home and the grounding quality of gardening with the owner of Teeny Greeny Microgreens 💚
Participants will learn about nutrition and will take home a tray of their own microgreen starters. 🌱
Starting price is $25, which includes the grow kit:
•large plastic tray + dome lid
•gardening soil (enough for 1 month)
•4 types of microgreen seeds
•step-by-step guide
