Family History Month: Dinosaur Family Fingerprints
Children and their families or caregivers will work together to create a family dinosaur keepsake craft. Using ink pads and pens, each family member will stamp their fingerprints and transform them into dinosaurs representing the members of their household. Popsicle sticks and glue also will be provided so participants can build a frame for their final masterpiece.
To dig a little deeper into family history, families also can complete a kid‐friendly family group sheet provided at the program. This simple activity introduces children to genealogy while helping them celebrate the people they love.
