Butterfly Conference
The Butterfly Conference is an interactive leadership and personal development experience designed to equip individuals with practical wisdom for life, career, leadership, and business. This year’s theme, The Wisdom to Soar, focuses on applying insight, strategy, and intentional action through guided small-group sessions led by experienced mentors and dynamic speakers.
Participants will engage in rotating mentor-led table sessions that create space for meaningful conversation, real-time planning, and connection. The experience begins with a Meet & Greet and panel discussion on March 13, creating an opportunity to connect with speakers and fellow participants. The full conference takes place March 14 from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Legacy Plaza Conference Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and includes continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Throughout the day, participants can expect guided discussions, networking opportunities, and structured planning activities that support personal and professional advancement. The conference concludes with a signature Butterfly Ceremony to celebrate growth, clarity, and forward movement.
