Nationally Touring Singer-Songwriter Jesse Powers at Unity Center of Tulsa
Spiritual Leader Rev. Jeff Staton invites you to attend the April 12 service at Unity Center of Tulsa. The service will begin at 11 am at 1830 S. Boston Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will also be streamed online on both their website and Facebook page.
Join the UCOT community for a morning of spiritual upliftment as Unity Center of Tulsa welcomes guest musician Jesse Powers, who is a self-proclaimed “Joy Reminder-er” and touring multi-genre musician based in Columbus, OH. Rev. Jeff Staton will share an inspirational message with Jesse performing the music during the service.
Following the service, Jesse Powers’ Songs & Stories from the Spiritual Path concert will begin at 1 pm. Jesse will share songs and stories rooted in themes of resilience, radical honesty, grief and healing, spiritual connection, self-awareness, and the mystery at the heart of the human experience. Equipped with an acoustic guitar and a vocal looper, Jesse's tumbling vocal stylings, powerhouse melodies, and infectious energy invite us to go deeper and drop into the profoundness of the moment. Her penetrating and positive songs fly straight to the body and soul.
Jesse Powers shares her music at country-wide spiritual gatherings and in the Unity and Centers for Spiritual Living communities. She often graces stages, living rooms, and backyards with her live solo concerts. Her cover song repertoire spans from modern pop like Sara Bareilles and Taylor Swift to classic folk artists, such as Joni Mitchell and James Taylor.
Jesse’s debut album Begin was released in November 2017. Her second full-length album To Remember was released in summer 2021. Most recently, her pop EP Inside You was released in 2025. Her songs Let It Slide and Let the Light Come Through earned her two Positive Music Awards in 2025.
